About Jennifer

Jennifer Halloran practises commercial litigation and dispute resolution at Kingsgate Legal, with experience in professional negligence, commercial host claims, product liability, contractual disputes, administrative and regulatory matters, and employment law. She has represented clients at the Court of Appeal, Court of Queen's Bench, and Provincial Court of Alberta, and regularly resolves disputes through mediation, arbitration, and negotiation. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 2009, a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the same university in 2004, and a Master of Arts with first class standing from Brock University in 2006. She is a member of both the Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of Ontario.
