About Mark

A senior family and estate lawyer, Mark Slay is known for developing strategic solutions to complex financial matters such as corporate and trust interests, and has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. He is trained in both mediation and collaborative law and frequently presents for the Pacific Business & Law Institute. He earned a BA from Simon Fraser University in 1981 and an LLB from the University of Victoria in 1983, and was called to the BC bar in 1984. He has served as president of the North Shore Bar Association and volunteers with the Silver Harbour Seniors Legal Clinic.
