About Amel

Amel Jahanmiri is a co-founder and managing partner of J2 Law Group, with over a decade of experience in family law, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Jahanmiri holds a Juris Doctor with honors from Bond University, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University, and an Associate of Science degree from Capilano University. Jahanmiri has represented clients in both BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court, and while alternative dispute resolution is a preferred approach, is prepared to advocate for clients in court when necessary. Jahanmiri is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
