Omar Soliman is a partner in the Capital Markets Group focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and private equity-related matters. He has represented companies, boards, and management teams on a wide range of domestic and cross-border public and private M&A transactions with a significant focus on the Canadian mid-market. He has extensive experience representing private equity firms, search funds, and independent sponsors. He holds a J.D. from McGill University, where he was a recipient of the Quebec Bar Prize and the Montreal Bar Mooting Prize.
