About Xi
Xi Xu, also known as Sarah Xu, is the principal owner of XYZ Law Corporation and an active member of the Law Society of British Columbia. She has nearly 30 years of law practice experience across Canada, China, and the United States, having worked for several Chinese and U.S. law firms as well as a number of Fortune 500 corporations before opening her own practice in British Columbia. She holds an LL.B. from Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics (1994) and is licensed to practise in mainland China, and she later earned an LL.M. (2002) and J.D. (2003) from the University of Florida and was licensed in Florida. After completing Canadian accreditation requirements through the National Committee on Accreditation in 2014, she was licensed in Ontario in 2019 and in British Columbia in 2020. Xu practises corporate and business law, real estate, wills and estate planning, and notary services, serving clients in the greater Vancouver area, particularly the Chinese immigrant community. She also holds certifications as a Canadian income tax professional, a mutual fund investment representative, and an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
