About Edward

Edward Macaulay practises estate law, including wills, estates and trust litigation and Adult Guardianship matters such as Committee applications under the Patients Property Act, and has appeared before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of British Columbia. He ran his own firm, Edward F. Macaulay Law Corporation, in Vancouver for more than two decades before joining North Shore Law. He earned a BA from the University of Victoria in 1983, an LLB from Queen's University School of Law in Belfast in 1988, and a second LLB from the University of Victoria in 1990, and was called to the BC bar in 1991. He sits on the Board of Directors of Seniors First B.C. and is a past president of the Community Legal Assistance Society.
