About Betty
Betty Lin is a family lawyer, criminal lawyer, and estate litigation lawyer who is also an accredited family mediator and parenting coordinator. She works collaboratively, using negotiation, settlement conferences, mediation, and arbitration where possible, and has negotiated diversions and plea deals in her criminal practice. She has extensive experience with multi-jurisdictional family matters, including overseas assets and family trusts. She earned a B.Com. from UBC in 2001 and an LLB from UBC in 2006, and was called to the BC bar in 2009. She volunteers at the North Shore Women's Centre and various multicultural organizations.
