About Erika

Erika Nielsen is an associate in North Shore Law's Family Law Group, practising in family law and estate litigation. She completed her articles at the firm, appearing before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia, and won first place in a family law moot competition in 2024 before volunteering as a moot mentor for first-year students. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from Simon Fraser University in 2021, majoring in Criminology and minoring in History, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2025, and was called to the BC bar in 2026.
