About Douglas

Douglas Bryce is National Managing Partner of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and a partner in the firm's Business Law group, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions and securities law. He has worked on many of Canada's highest-profile public company M&A transactions, including private and public acquisitions, hostile and supported takeover bids, going-private deals, and public and private financings. Douglas returned to the Toronto office after several years in the firm's New York office and now sits on Osler's Executive Committee. He previously chaired the firm's Mining Group and served on the Ontario Securities Commission's Securities Advisory Committee.
