About Marc-Antoine

Marc-Antoine has more than 20 years of experience in private practice, focusing on commercial and corporate law. He advises entrepreneurs and owner-operators on business matters, commercial agreements, and purchase and sale transactions, and also acts for institutional clients including municipalities and financial institutions. His civil litigation practice covers commercial, corporate and administrative disputes, and he has appeared before all levels of court in New Brunswick, including administrative tribunals. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Health Care Law. He is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association and the Association des juristes d'expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick, and has lectured at the Université de Moncton's Law Faculty. He currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Governors of the Université de Moncton and sits on McInnes Cooper's Board of Directors.
