About David

David Slipp's practice primarily focuses on securities law, complemented by experience in private and public mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and competition law. He works with businesses, executives, and investors to develop and implement strategies tailored to their goals, advising companies at all stages of growth and capitalization. His work includes advising start-up businesses on new investments, developing shareholder agreements, facilitating public listings of private companies, and preparing continuous disclosure documents. Slipp earned his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2019 and a BA with honours from Saint Mary's University in 2016.
