About Tyler

Tyler James is a Partner who was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2017. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, and he regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, banking matters, joint venture transactions, and strategic investments across a range of industries. James also teaches in Dalhousie University's Department of Economics. He holds a JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law and a Master's in Economics from Queen's University.
