About Rachel

Rachel is an associate in the Halifax office whose corporate practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general corporate matters. She has assisted vendors and purchasers in asset and share purchase transactions, as well as institutional and private lenders in secured financing agreements. Her background in international business and consulting helps her understand client needs and objectives and work toward practical solutions. Rachel earned her JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2021 and a BComm from Saint Mary's University in 2015, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2022.
