About Dominique

Dominique 'Nikki' Pangilinan is an associate at Samantha Eisen & Company. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 after completing her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she won the Nathan Strauss, Q.C. Essay Prize in Legal Ethics and was active in the Asian Law Community student group. Before joining the firm, she gained litigation experience at a family law boutique, appearing in matters before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice, and she articled at a Bay Street firm with rotations through litigation, corporate, and commercial law. Nikki's practice covers parenting and decision-making disputes, property, and support, and she has significant experience drafting and negotiating domestic contracts. She aims to help clients through separation and family conflict using litigation or alternative dispute resolution, whichever suits their circumstances. She holds an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto St. George campus, majoring in Ethics, Society and Law. She speaks English and Tagalog.
