About Kelsey
Kelsey Rose is a Senior Associate at JFK Law's Vancouver office, a litigator advocating for Inuit and Indigenous peoples in breach of treaty, fiduciary duty, and Aboriginal rights and title matters. She has appeared as lead counsel at all levels of court in BC, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, the Federal Court in Iqaluit, and before tribunals including the Specific Claims Tribunal and the BC Securities Commission. Before joining JFK, Kelsey acted as Commission counsel for the Cullen Commission into money laundering in BC and practised at a leading Vancouver litigation firm. She holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia (2014) and an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto (2011), and is a member of the British Columbia, Ontario, and Alberta law societies.
