About Jennifer

Jennifer Gray is Counsel and a Project Management Professional working primarily out of McInnes Cooper's Halifax and St. John's offices. She specializes in project development and execution, assisting clients with the scoping, planning and management of projects involving significant legal activity, including complex regulatory and commercial matters, construction financing and large procurement projects. She also brings project management expertise to complex litigation, regulatory proceedings and commercial arbitrations, and advises on public procurement from planning through proposal preparation. Jennifer holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie University, a Master of Library and Information Studies from Dalhousie, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Saint Mary's University. She was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2001 and is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Supply Chain Management Association.
