David is a co-author of Sopinka, Gelowitz and Rankin on the Conduct of an Appeal, a leading reference work for appellate counsel and judges, and teaches an administrative law remedies course at Osgoode Hall Law School. David joined Osler's disputes practice in 2012 after clerking at the Supreme Court of Canada for Justice Morris J. Fish.
