About Paul

Paul Brown has practised commercial real estate and corporate law for more than three decades, handling purchases, sales, financings, leasing and dispute resolution for projects ranging from single-tenant buildings to shopping centres and office complexes. Brown served as special counsel to the BC Ministry of Transportation on infrastructure projects, represented the Vancouver International Airport Authority during its 1992 privatization, and worked on the acquisition and financing of Rogers Arena. Brown also advises clients in the hospitality, aviation, telecommunications, manufacturing and retail sectors, and serves as a director of Providence Health Care.
