About Maria

Maria Constantine is a partner in the Employment & Labour Group helping employers navigate employment relationships, litigation, and corporate transactions. She advises on hiring, discipline and dismissal, employment standards compliance, disability management and accommodation, and workplace investigations. She has represented employers at all levels of Ontario court and before administrative tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Labour Relations Board. She holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School (2012) and an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge (2006).
