About Lindsay
Lindsay McLeod is a senior lawyer at BMKP Law practising in pension, benefits, and executive compensation law. She has over 15 years of experience advising provincially and federally regulated employers and plan administrators on the taxation, design, administration, governance, and termination of defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans and supplemental executive retirement plans. Lindsay also advises public and private companies on equity-based compensation arrangements, including stock option, deferred share unit, and restricted share unit plans, and regularly advises employers on payroll and employee-related tax matters. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Victoria and a B.Comm. from McMaster University, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009.
