About Cary
Cary K. Wong is counsel at BMKP Law and has practised exclusively in pension, benefits, and executive compensation law for over 25 years. He advises employers and plan administrators on legislative and regulatory compliance, including pension, tax, and employment standards legislation, and assists clients with interpreting plan documents and administering day-to-day issues such as pension division on marriage breakdown. Cary has extensive experience drafting plan documents and member communications to reflect legislative changes and corporate transactions. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997 and the British Columbia Bar in 2000, and holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and a B.A. from the University of Windsor.
