About Pamela

Pamela Odina is a lawyer at BMKP Law practising in pension, benefits, and executive compensation law. She advises public and private sector employers and plan administrators on pension plan design, administration, compliance, funding, and governance, and has experience with de-risking initiatives such as annuity buy-in and buy-out transactions. Pamela also advises on pension and benefit matters in corporate transactions, including financings, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. Before joining BMKP Law, she worked at a large national law firm on corporate, commercial, and governance matters for a newly formed jointly sponsored pension plan. She holds a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario and a B.A. from York University, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
