About David
David Zhang is a lawyer at BMKP Law practising in pension, benefits, and executive compensation law. He advises public and private sector clients on pension plan design, administration, compliance, funding, and governance. Before joining BMKP Law, David completed his articles at a large Canadian law firm, assisting with pension, benefits, and executive compensation matters as well as tax planning, litigation, and corporate transactions. He has also completed actuarial exams in probability and financial mathematics through the Society of Actuaries. David holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.Sc. in Economics and Statistics from the University of Toronto, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
