About Randal

Randal is a partner whose practice covers insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation, with courtroom experience spanning Alberta, Saskatchewan and the Supreme Court of Canada. He advises debtors and creditors, and acts for court officers such as receivers, monitors and trustees, along with handling fraudulent conveyance claims and mortgage foreclosure matters. His litigation work also extends to energy disputes, contract claims, shareholder disputes and professional negligence matters. Randal was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1993 and clerked for Justice Major of the Supreme Court of Canada shortly afterward.
