About Parna

Parna Sabet-Stephenson is a partner widely recognized for expertise in outsourcing, technology law and e-commerce, and advises on the legal implications of emerging technologies. She has over two decades of experience structuring, negotiating and drafting outsourcing, joint venture, technology, and collaboration agreements. She is a member of the Canadian delegation to the e-commerce working group (Working Group IV) of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. She leads the firm's Financial Services and Technology (FSxT), FinTech and InsurTech groups and was named Lawyer of the Year for the FinTech Practice by The Best Lawyers in Canada 2023. She was the recipient of the Lawyer of Distinction Award by FACL, Ontario in 2023.
