About Lee

Lee Starr acts for institutional lenders on secured lending and corporate finance transactions, including revolving credit facilities, term loans, real estate and construction financing, equipment financing, and asset-based lending. He represents Schedule I banks and other institutional and private lenders on bilateral and syndicated deals, including cross-border credit facilities and intercreditor arrangements, and also provides independent opinions to court-appointed receivers and monitors. Lee holds a Juris Doctor from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University, where he graduated with distinction. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2022.
