David Hamilton is Counsel at Baker & Company, where the practice covers corporate, commercial and real estate law along with wills and estates. The career began at a large international firm, advising financial institutions, corporations and real estate investors on complicated, high-value transactions, with time spent developing younger lawyers within that team environment. About five years ago, David left the large firm to join Baker & Company, drawn to its service-oriented, boutique approach. David now sits on corporate and advisory boards and works directly with stakeholders at private companies and investment corporations. Credentials include a JD and a BA in Economics from Western University, with a call to the Ontario bar in 1981.
