About Laurie

Laurie Jones is a lawyer in McInnes Cooper's Halifax office, with a practice covering corporate law, commercial real estate, and energy and natural resources projects. She structures and negotiates complex commercial financings, including construction, acquisition and equity take-out financing, and plays a key role financing commercial real property for both lenders and borrowers. Laurie holds an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2005. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers Canada for her real estate law practice.
