About Lisanne

Lisanne practises in wills and estates, real estate and adoptions, and has appeared at all levels of court in Nova Scotia, including the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. She was appointed as a presiding Justice of the Peace in 2019 by the Nova Scotia Minister of Justice, where she presides over Interim Judicial Release hearings, Peace Bond hearings, Emergency Protection Order hearings, and Regulatory and Summary Offence hearings.
