About Gabriel

Gabriel is a bilingual business lawyer and partner in the St. John's office who joined the firm in 2011. He works on business purchases and sales, secured financing, construction and infrastructure projects, commercial real estate transactions, and corporate reorganizations for clients ranging from start-ups to large national businesses. He regularly assists Quebec-based clients establishing operations in Newfoundland and Labrador and Atlantic clients doing business in Quebec. Gabriel holds a JD (Common Law) and LLB (Civil Law) from the Université de Montréal (2010 and 2009) and a BMus from McGill University (2006). He is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Quebec Bar, called in Quebec in 2011 and Newfoundland and Labrador in 2012.
