Gabriel is a bilingual business lawyer and partner in the St. John's office who joined the firm in 2011. He works on business purchases and sales, secured financing, construction and infrastructure projects, commercial real estate transactions, and corporate reorganizations for clients ranging from start-ups to large national businesses. He regularly assists Quebec-based clients establishing operations in Newfoundland and Labrador and Atlantic clients doing business in Quebec.
