Rose Bailey is a partner at Torys LLP with more than three decades of experience in commercial law. Her practice covers finance, commercial real estate, renewable energy assets and securitizations. Bailey has worked on lending and bond financing deals, joint ventures, and the acquisition and financing of businesses, real estate, energy assets and mortgage portfolios. She has advised both lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border financings and has acted on public transactions involving REITs and bond offerings. Among her long-standing clients, she has worked with Brookfield Asset Management across its energy, property and infrastructure platforms, and with First Capital Realty on acquisitions, joint ventures and development projects.
