Andrea Guerra is an Italian-qualified lawyer with more than two decades of experience in corporate, M&A, commercial, and capital markets work at Italian and international firms. He graduated from the Universita degli Studi di Milano's law faculty in 1995, was admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 1998, and later completed an LLM in international legal studies at Georgetown University Law Center in 2000. His practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial and corporate documentation for major industrial clients, as well as handling matters before judicial authorities and in arbitration. He has also acted as general counsel for Italian listed companies on compliance and regulatory matters, and he is fluent in English.
