About Kyle

Kyle Morton is an associate lawyer known for a practical, solutions-focused approach. His practice sits at the crossroads of environmental and Indigenous law, and he draws on an academic background in geography along with training in Indigenous law to guide clients through complex regulatory issues. He has acted for corporations, Indigenous communities, insurers, real estate developers and individual clients, and has appeared in arbitration proceedings and before the Ontario Superior Court. Morton was called to the Ontario bar in 2025. He holds a J.D. from Lakehead University (2024) and a B.A. (Hons) in Geography from Trent University (2020). He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario.
