About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Bulbrook is a Senior Associate at DWF Canada in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016. She holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia, an MLitt from the University of St. Andrews and a B.A. from Simon Fraser University. Before joining DWF in 2026, she was managing lawyer at a boutique Indigenous law firm, leading litigation strategy in complex Aboriginal, environmental and constitutional matters before the BC Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada. She previously worked as an archaeologist conducting heritage resource impact assessments, and recently served as an adjunct professor at UBC teaching Aboriginal Law, Reconciliation and Resource Management.
