Senwung Luk is a partner who represents Indigenous clients at all levels of court and before tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Canada and various courts of appeal. His practice centres on Aboriginal rights and title litigation, the Crown's fiduciary duties to First Nations, and the implementation of Impacts and Benefits Agreements. He clerked for Mr. Justice John Evans of the Federal Court of Appeal after earning his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he won awards in Aboriginal law, civil liberties, and constitutional law. Senwung also holds a B.A. from Yale University and a postgraduate B.C.L. from the University of Oxford.
