About Mahek
Mahek Punjabi is building a broad litigation practice, having gained experience in commercial litigation, estates litigation, corporate governance disputes, and arbitration while summering and articling at the firm. Before joining, she worked at the Community and Legal Aid Services Program, negotiating with opposing counsel and successfully representing a client at trial in the Ontario Court of Justice. Mahek earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2024, where she worked as a student researcher on Charter motions and criminal sentencing issues and competed in several mooting competitions. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta, specializing in business economics and law, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
