About Norman
Norman founded Investigation Counsel PC in 2007, describing it as Canada's only boutique fraud recovery firm, after beginning his career in policing in 1985. He earned a degree in economics with distinction in 1995 and a law degree in 1998, and was called to the bar in 2000. His work centers on obtaining Norwich orders for information, Mareva injunctions freezing assets, and Anton Piller search orders, and the firm has both recovered stolen assets and pursued contempt proceedings against those who conceal them. Norman authored the 1999 book Canadian Law and Private Investigations and is one of several Certified Fraud Examiners at the firm, and he also serves as an independent supervising solicitor for other firms' private search orders.
