About Keshav
Keshav Bhargava's principal area of practice is labour and employment, advising clients on wrongful and constructive dismissal, employment contract disputes, collective bargaining, and disciplinary matters. He represents both employers and employees and conducts workplace investigations, aiming to resolve disputes through communication, practical solutions, and negotiation. Keshav was called to the Alberta Bar in 2022, holding a J.D. and a B.Sc. with distinction from the University of Alberta. He volunteers with Pro Bono Law Alberta's Civil Claims Duty Counsel and the University of Alberta's Student Legal Services.
