About Natalia
Natalia Makuch is a partner at Chivers Carpenter who has practised exclusively in labour, employment and human rights law since joining as an articling student in 2013. She advises and represents unions in all aspects of labour relations, appearing regularly before labour arbitrators and administrative tribunals including the Alberta Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal, and the WCB Appeals Commission, as well as before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. Natalia often speaks at client events and legal conferences.
