About Kelly
Kelly Eckert is a partner at Rosen Sack practicing family law, covering negotiation, litigation, domestic contracts, and appeals, with particular focus on parenting, child and spousal support, and complex equalization and valuation issues that intersect with business and corporate law. She's represented clients at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and has published articles on family law topics while lecturing for Osgoode Hall Professional Development. Kelly volunteers each year with the Walsh Family Law Moot & Negotiation Competition and serves as an Expert Contributor to LexisNexis Practical Guidance. She graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2010 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011, and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association's family law section, the Canadian Bar Association, and The Advocates' Society.
