About Avra
Avra Rosen is a founding partner practicing family law through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Her work centers on parenting and support issues, complex equalization and valuation matters, shareholders' remedies, tax-related issues, and elder family law. She has extensive trial and appellate experience in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal, and she lectures on family law for the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association. Avra is a founding member of the Minerva Group, an association of senior Toronto family law lawyers offering mediation, arbitration, and litigation management. She graduated from Osgoode Hall in 1985, was called to the Ontario bar in 1987, and is a certified specialist in family law.
