About Susan
Susan Sack is a founding partner whose practice covers solicitors' negligence defence and estate and capacity litigation. She defends solicitors in negligence proceedings and works on loss prevention and repair efforts to head off claims before they arise, and she handles a wide range of estate matters including dependant's relief, will interpretation and rectification, and disputes over powers of attorney and guardianship. She has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and also works as a mediator. Susan lectures frequently on family law and estate topics for the Law Society of Ontario and the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario. She graduated from Osgoode Hall in 1985 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987.
