About Kate
Kate Rawson focuses her civil litigation practice on estate and capacity disputes and the defence of professional negligence claims. Before joining Rosen Sack LLP, she developed her litigation skills as an articling student and associate at a full-service Toronto firm, and summered at a criminal defence practice. She has stood in for clients at discovery examinations, mediations, and contested motions before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She earned her law degree from Queen's University Faculty of Law in 2021 and an Honours BA from the University of Toronto in 2013, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022. She received the Queen's Law Prize in Jurisprudence.
