James is a litigation associate in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including securities litigation, shareholder and corporate governance disputes (including contested transactions), insolvency litigation, and class actions. James has appeared as counsel before every level of court in Ontario, provincial securities commissions and other regulators, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He regularly appears before the Toronto Commercial List.
