About Benjamin

Benjamin Hantsis practices commercial litigation, specialty risk, coverage, and subrogated claims at Evangelista Barristers & Solicitors, which he joined as an associate after starting at a downtown Toronto defence litigation firm. He completed a Canadian J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and a United States J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, both in 2023, and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2024. He is fluent in Hebrew.
