About Justin

Denis practises insurance defence litigation together with general litigation and debt recovery, handling injury claims defence, construction litigation, and subrogated claims, as well as coverage disputes in automobile and property insurance. His insurance work spans commercial general liability, agricultural liability, municipal liability, and directors and officers coverage, and he has litigated insured wrongful dismissal matters. He has appeared in the Court of King's Bench, Provincial Court, and Court of Appeal, and has extensive alternative dispute resolution experience. Called to the Alberta Bar in 2002, he is recognized by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading commercial insurance litigator.
