About Delia

Delia Luca is an associate at Torys. Delia's work centers on sizeable energy and infrastructure projects located in both Canada and the United States. Delia works closely with stakeholders across these projects, among them lenders, underwriters, equity providers, private developers, and arrangers. Delia's work also involves government bodies, contractors handling construction, and providers of services, covering matters from a project's initial development through to its financing. Outside of practice, Delia is actively involved with the Law in Action Within Schools program and serves as its co-chair. LAWS is aimed at high school students and uses legal education as a way to help them succeed academically. The program also aims to help participants become engaged and active citizens.
