About Daniel
Daniel is a Calgary-based litigator with a multidisciplinary approach to dispute resolution, focused on employment law and commercial litigation. Called to the Alberta Bar in 2023, he successfully argued Stonham v Recycling Worx Inc. (2023 ABKB 629) before the Alberta Court of King's Bench, an employment law decision clarifying rules around resignation, job abandonment and the enforceability of workplace handbooks. He also represents shareholders, directors and corporations in oppression remedy applications and shareholder disputes, and handles breach of contract and debt recovery matters. He serves as Secretary and a Board Member for the Canadian Club of Calgary.
