About Amanda
Baker's civil litigation practice covers estate and trust litigation, power of attorney disputes, mental capacity, will challenges, and probate, along with insurance disputes involving automobile, occupiers' liability, commercial general liability, and directors and officers coverage. She has appeared before the Court of King's Bench, the Court of Appeal, and the Alberta Court of Justice. Before law school she attended North Carolina State University on an NCAA Division 1 golf scholarship, competing internationally for Canada. Called to the Alberta Bar in 2018, she was named an 'Ones to Watch' insurance lawyer by Best Lawyers in Canada in 2026.
