About Angela

Beierbach's practice spans civil and commercial litigation, including labour and employment disputes, debt recovery, construction and infrastructure matters, commercial leasing, shareholder disputes, fatality inquiries, personal injury, and insurance defence. She also maintains a solicitor practice helping employers and employees draft and review workplace agreements and policies. She has represented clients before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench, and the Court of Appeal, and has mediation and Judicial Dispute Resolution experience. Called to the Alberta Bar in 2018, she was named an 'Ones to Watch' labour and employment lawyer by Best Lawyers in Canada from 2024 to 2026.
